MAGIC KINGDOM DAY!!!! HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!! Everything is fun here.
We made a bee line through the park right to Thunder Mountain at the rope drop and got on the first ride. We did Magic Kingdom like it was our job-- Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blaster, Tom Sawyer Island, Swiss Family Robinson, Haunted Mansion, It's A Small World, Whinnie the Pooh, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain.
What's better than watching a Magic Kingdom parade?
Watching a parade while eating a Mickey Mouse Ice Cream.
In the middle of the afternoon we park hopped over to Epcot. We picked up a kid along the way too. We met her on the monorail when she told us that she was going to eat dinner with Belle. She asked to be in our picture and we couldn't resist.
Justin's last time at Disney World was when he was 5 and he wore emojii pants (before emojiis were a thing) and a really cool visor. In the Magic Kingdom we found Goofy but we found Pluto in Epcot a few hours later.
Personally, I'm a huge fan of Swiss Family Robinson. How cool would it be to live in a crazy, complex treehouse.
Epcot is currently hosting their international Food and Wine Festival. I was pumped to ride Soarin', Test Track and the Anna and Elsa Frozen ride. Justin and I shared a giant ice-cream sundae in a waffle bowl in Paris. Then we split some beer-braised beef with gouda mashed potatoes-- I still can't believe how incredible it was.
Between walking the parks, waiting in lines, riding the rides, eating special treats and meeting characters we got the most possible fun out of Disney today.
