After a whole summer of traveling together, it seems only fitting that on our first weekend back in Indy, Justin and I would choose to go on a road trip.
Friday-- Camp Tecumseh for the Week 9 Closing Campfire
Time Capsule: Paint and glitter for every unit, glow sticks on bo staffs, gymp, poster board letters spelling out TECUMSEH, a copy of the lyrics to Tecumseh Nights, a melted Torchbearer candle and baked oatmeal from Saturday morning.
Saturday-- Lake Wawasee with the Leeuws
Time Capsule: Tow rope for water skiing, towel from the deck, BBQ ribs and corn on the cob, tennis shoes for running, picture of the sunset, mug for coffee and the porch swing.
Sunday-- Back to Fishers to work on the house
Time Capsule: Cardboard box of donations for Goodwill, microfiber rags, grout sealer, Rain-X, 3 bolts for the kitchen table and a freshly folded pile of laundry.
