"No one wants to rush a blanket!"

I love when we try new things. Thanks to popular demand, our next YL Club theme is Rush YL aka sororities and fraternities. Our kids may be in HS, but we're going to figure out how to put them in Greek families, learn about the Greek alphabet and have a Chapter meeting so they can go to Informal. Club is a week away, but we wanted to make a Rush YL video like the sorority rush videos that have taken over in the last few years. You know the ones with girls blowing glitter, doing back flips at tailgates and waving on the front steps of their mansions? We're going to make the YL equivalent.

Yesterday we invited YL kids to come an hour early to Campaigners all decked out in their YL and frat-iest ensembles. We had hammocks, glitter, bubble wands, a rush banner and wooden letters-- we were ready.

I was the director for the night, getting groups of girls set for different scenes and then Cass, our resident videographer, filmed all of them doing their thing. She's working on piecing all of the footage together and I can't wait to share her finished product. It's going to be soooo good-- and we haven't even had Club yet!
