"I will break if a new album drops, I won't be able to breathe."

"Think of your life as three buckets. The first bucket is Vitality, and it's about the state of your mind and body. The second is Connection; this one is about relationships. The third, Contribution, is about how you contribute to the world. The fuller your buckets, the better your life. When all simultaneously bubble over, life soars. That's what we're aiming for. But the flip side is also true." -How To Live A Good Life

"You must not ever stop being whimsical. And you must not, ever, give anyone else the responsibility for your life." -Mary Oliver

"Oh my God, what if you wake up some day, and you're 65, or 75, and you never got your memoir or novel written; or you didn't go swimming in warm pools and oceans all those years because your thighs were jiggly and you had a nice big comfortable tummy; or you were just so strung out on perfectionism and people-pleasing that you forgot to have a big juicy creative life, of imagination and radical silliness and starting off into space like when you were a kid? It's going to break your heart. Don't let this happen." -Anne Lamott

"There is no perfect moment. No time when you will know enough to guarantee you will get what you want. No time when you'll be 100 percent sure that you're ready to have a child, fall in love, take a job, move cross-country, build a business, show your work, stand in your truth, pursue your dream. Still, at some point, imperfectly informed, with butterflies in your belly, you'll still need to act. To own your unknown." -How To Live A Good Life
