How to get better.

Step 1- Sleep in until your clogged nasal passages require you to wake up. (approx. 10 hrs of sleep)

Step 2- Take prescribed medication, tylenol, and use nasal wash. Repeat multiple times during the day.

Step 3- Grade research papers and catch up on Hulu.

Step 4- Collage favorite pieces you've been saving.


Step 5- Drink lots of fluids- I think I've consumed a gallon of orange juice and iced tea. (p.s. I have had NO Diet Coke today--this is a huge deal.)

Step 6- Watch Annie's State volleyball game on TV. Even if you don't like sports it's fun to see Annie and her team win! (She's the tall one in the back screaming in excitement.)



Step 7- Eat some Kraft Mac & Cheese cartoon shapes aka comfort food.

Step 8- Inspired by this studio from last month's First Friday...

Step 9- Enjoy the extra hour of sleep from the daylight savings switch.
