"You can't pause friendship."

There is a facebook group for the counselors of this summer 2011. Today's question of the day on the wall is, "On a scale of one to can't wait, how excited are you for camp?" I'm pumped. But I still have weeks of school and some big events in Indy before I'll be spending my days in the River Village again.

But if I can't be at camp, being with camp friends in the real world is a really close second. And check out Ellyn here- she got her wisdom teeth out today, tried to throw a surprise party for the doctor, broke out the melty beads and showed us her plaid overall onsie- somehow all of that makes me so excited for camp.

Yep, skyping is a great option too. I love that Mags hair is curly today and that she loves to be in conversation with friends all day long.

I love that Annie is resilient. Even when school is annoying she can still laugh and be so... Annie.

I love when friends send messages like Tina sent today, "Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances. Thessalonians 5:16"

And I love when Molls tries to teach me how to properly pose for a picture. Yep, I'm doing it correctly in the picture below.

So whether you're waiting for camp, missing friends because you just graduated college, you feel like everyone lives far away, or finals are too overwhelming remember the wise words I heard from a high school girl today, "You can't pause friendship."
